Position Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating quality management efforts including development, implementation, data collection, analysis and education relating to healthcare quality improvement. The manager collaborates with the Medical Director for Clinical Transformation to ensure Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children’s Hospital achieves its strategic agenda for quality, outcomes and innovations.
Education
- Masters Degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, clinical research of other relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education. (Required)
- Bachelors degree in nursing or other clinically relevant field. (Required)
Experience
- 5 or more years of clinical or related experience, with at least 3 of those years involving data management in healthcare environment. (Required)
- Pediatric neuroscience experience. (Preferred)
- Previous work experience in program development. (Preferred)
Special Skills
- Proficient in advanced computer skills, (Excel, Access, etc.) tools. (Required)
- Able to influence and lead multidisciplinary teams. (Required)
- Familiar with change theory and methodology. (Required)
