Quality Improvement RN
The Quality Improvement RN is part of the management team of the certified home health agency, and is responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement and Orientation programs. Serving as an educator and preceptor, the Quality Improvement RN evaluates staff education needs and develops programs based on clinical needs and interests. She integrates advanced theoretical knowledge with clinical experience when orienting staff or providing direct care. Responsibilities include analysis of data for trending and process improvement and utilization review. The Quality Improvement RN meets all of the Principle Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse and has a visit component expectation. Experience:
