Description
Rafiki Coalition seeks a Clinic Administrative and Compliance Manager to lead daily clinic operations and ensure strict healthcare regulatory compliance. In this role, you will oversee scheduling, front-desk workflows, medical records, and billing coordination while maintaining policies that meet federal, state, and payer requirements. You’ll monitor audits, manage incident reporting, and train staff on documentation and privacy standards. Partnering with clinical leadership, you will track quality metrics, optimize processes, and support a collaborative, patient-centered environment aligned with our mission-driven, community-focused care.Oversee day-to-day clinic administrative operations, including scheduling, front desk, and patient flow
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for clinic operations
Monitor adherence to federal, state, and payer regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, etc.)
Coordinate internal audits, incident reporting, and corrective action plans
Supervise and mentor administrative staff, setting performance expectations and providing feedback
Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality improvement initiatives and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely documentation, records management, and data integrity
Liaise with billing/revenue cycle teams to support compliant coding and documentation
Prepare and present compliance, operational, and quality reports to leadership
Support training and ongoing education for staff on compliance, privacy, and clinic workflows
Clinic operations management

Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Healthcare quality improvement and metrics
Medical billing and coding fundamentals

Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) preferred
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) a plus
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) strongly preferred
Experience with EHR implementation or optimization
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS regulations
Supervisory or management experience in a clinic setting
