Novant Health seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead coordinated, patient-centered care within our integrated healthcare system. Oversee daily clinical and support service operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and resources across units and services
Monitor performance, quality metrics, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Implement patient-centered process improvements and digital health initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leaders on care pathways and access
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution for assigned areas
Support budget management, resource allocation, and cost-effective care delivery
Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, empathy, and continuous learning
Lead or support initiatives that advance health equity and community health
Develop, mentor, and evaluate team members to support professional growth
