Description
Novant Health seeks a Clinical Services Manager to lead coordinated, patient-centered care within our integrated healthcare system. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical and support operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure high-quality, safe care across interdisciplinary teams. You will drive performance improvement, support digital health initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of empathy, diversity, and continuous learning. This position offers robust professional development, collaborative practice, and the opportunity to impact health equity and community well-being across the Southeast.Oversee daily clinical and support service operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and resources across units and services
Monitor performance, quality metrics, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Implement patient-centered process improvements and digital health initiatives
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leaders on care pathways and access
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution for assigned areas
Support budget management, resource allocation, and cost-effective care delivery
Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, empathy, and continuous learning
Lead or support initiatives that advance health equity and community health
Develop, mentor, and evaluate team members to support professional growth
Clinical operations management
Healthcare quality and patient safety
Interdisciplinary team coordination
Regulatory and accreditation compliance
