Description
Incredible Health seeks a Director of Nursing to lead clinical strategy and operations across our healthcare & medical services marketplace. You will partner with hospitals and health systems to improve nurse staffing, quality, and retention using data, automation, and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical standards, guiding product and workflow design, advising customers on best practices, leading clinical projects, mentoring nursing talent, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance. Develop and maintain clinical standards, policies, and best practices for nurse staffing and quality
Partner with hospital and health system leaders to improve staffing, retention, and patient care outcomes
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to shape tools and workflows for nurses and employers
Lead quality improvement and clinical operations projects across the platform
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation, and nursing practice standards
Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact of clinical programs
Represent the nursing perspective in strategic planning and customer conversations
Mentor and support internal clinical staff and advisors
Contribute thought leadership on nursing workforce trends and best practices

Certification in nursing leadership or administration (e.g., NEA-BC, NE-BC) preferred
