Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Healthcare Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees clinical and administrative workflows, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care. The Manager monitors quality metrics, supports regulatory compliance, and drives process improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams, this leader fosters a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning. Oversee daily operations of assigned healthcare unit or service line
Manage staff scheduling, workload, and performance evaluations
Monitor and improve key quality, safety, and patient experience metrics
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to optimize care delivery
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-containment efforts
Lead change management and support organizational initiatives
Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members
Use data and analytics to drive operational and clinical decisions
Healthcare operations management
