Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Healthcare Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees clinical workflows, staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. The Manager collaborates with physicians, nurses, and support teams to drive performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and experience in healthcare operations within an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinical/service area
Lead and develop interdisciplinary staff to achieve performance and quality goals
Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support departments to optimize patient care
Support patient safety, satisfaction, and quality initiatives across the department
Drive change management and adoption of evidence-based best practices
Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership
