NAPA Management Services Corporation seeks a Medical Director to lead clinical strategy and quality in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will oversee clinical governance, set evidence-based care standards, and ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will evaluate outcomes, lead quality improvement, and support provider education. Provide clinical leadership and direction for care delivery across assigned services
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines
Oversee quality improvement initiatives, including outcomes measurement and reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and ethical standards
Collaborate with operations, nursing, and administrative leaders on strategic initiatives
Review complex clinical cases and provide guidance to providers
Support provider recruitment, credentialing, and ongoing education
Use data analytics to identify care gaps and drive performance improvement
Contribute to innovation projects leveraging new technologies and care models
Represent the organization in medical staff, committee, and stakeholder meetings
