Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, seeks a dedicated Quality Assistant Medical Director to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of patient care across our multiple service lines including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry. The ideal candidate will implement and oversee clinical quality assurance programs, collaborate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and promote continuous improvement.
Lead and manage clinical quality assurance programs across all services.
Develop and implement quality improvement projects in collaboration with other medical directors and healthcare teams.
Analyze patient care metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards for quality and safety.
Train and mentor staff on best practices in clinical care and quality assurance.
Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions.
Collaborate with management to integrate quality initiatives with overall hospital operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
