Description

Medical City Healthcare seeks an RN Coordinator, Quality Performance Improvement to lead clinical quality initiatives and support better patient outcomes. In this role, you will analyze clinical data, monitor performance metrics, coordinate audits, and partner with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to design and implement improvement projects. You’ll educate teams on evidence-based practices, ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness, and track results to drive sustained improvement. Lead and coordinate quality and performance improvement initiatives across assigned clinical areas
Collect, analyze, and report clinical and operational quality data and metrics
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in patient safety and outcomes
Facilitate root cause analyses and quality reviews for adverse events and near misses
Develop and implement evidence-based action plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
Educate nurses and providers on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Support accreditation and regulatory survey readiness and follow-up activities
Monitor and report progress on key performance indicators to leadership
Standardize and sustain successful process improvements across departments
Collaborate with leadership to align quality initiatives with organizational goals
