As an RN Patient Safety Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our mission to improve human life by developing, implementing, and leading safety initiatives across our vast network of healthcare facilities. This role involves systematic monitoring, analysis, and enhancement of our patient care processes to ensure the highest standards of safety are achieved consistently. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong background in nursing and patient safety.
Develop and implement patient safety programs
Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies
Analyze incident reports and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement
Train staff on new safety protocols and compliance regulations
Coordinate with medical staff and management to facilitate effective communication and implementation of best practices
Prepare safety performance reports and present findings to the healthcare management team
Stay updated with current research and trends in healthcare safety to continually improve safety outcomes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and safety audit tools
Ability to train and motivate staff
Strong leadership and organizational skills
