At HCA Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated RN Quality Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance & Testing team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the standards of patient care through systematic evaluation, monitoring of compliance, and promotion of best practices across our extensive network of healthcare services. The RN Quality Coordinator will lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop and implement quality improvement programs across various healthcare services.
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Analyze patient care data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management and relevant staff.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to implement changes in clinical procedures to enhance the quality of care.
Facilitate training and development sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and prepare detailed reports on findings and corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of patient safety and care excellence.
