The Supervisor will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols while fostering an environment that encourages innovative treatments and patient care practices.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare services department.
Ensure all team members are properly trained and understand their roles in meeting departmental goals.
Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and Carle Health’s policies.
Develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery and patient care.
Assess team performance, provide feedback, and implement developmental strategies.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the department.
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage complex teams in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
